A mix of fried rice with chicken breast, chicken powder, chinese 5 spices, fresh spring onions, red pepper, ginger and eggs, quickly cooked at high heat with soy sauce, hoisin sauce and sesame oil.
Goes very well with deep fried wonton paste and chilli sauce or deep fried plantain side.
